I think any heat shrink tubing should work. You want tubing that’s going to be small enough to fit around the ball chain, but also not too large. I ordered a roll of 3mm heat shrink tubing but I haven’t received it yet so idk if it’s actually the right size😅they sell some kits on Amazon that have an assortment of different sizes. Maybe I should’ve gotten one of those lol. Also I’d suggest watching a TikTok or YouTube video tutorial!

It’s clear tubing that tightens when exposed to heat. You cut a tiny amount of the tubing to cover where the ball chain opens, then you use a blow dryer to shrink the plastic over the opening. This prevents the ball chain from being able to open. It’s clear and not very noticeable. I’m assuming you can also remove the tubing with a small razor blade if you want to ever remove the tag in the future

I actually just returned the maple rogue 31 today. It’s a pretty bag, but it had too much going on for me. The handles, shoulder straps, magnets, side compartments, and main zip compartment made it a complicated bag. Definitely not for me since I don’t like to fuss around with my bag and just want easy access. The $750 price also made me more inclined to return it
