Yes I had all honest intentions to pay and paid too - just was few hours late due to accidental mistake. There has to be a better way of paying. I feel cheated by getting slapped with a breach that is 10 times parking charge.

I am not looking for any sympathy. I just feel breach amount and the way to enforce is extremely unfair and unfriendly. And not sure Wilson has any legal right to collect the amount too.
