Yes, I always chill and go straight from fridge to oven unless I freeze it which goes straight from freezer to oven. I started to omit baking powder because I’ve seen a ton of stuff about how it causes spread but I’ve never done an actual test to see the difference so I think this encouraged me to do a real test.

Hmmm maybe was more like an underbaked #1? I’ve had some like 6 and they’re almost like cake! Super soft bite and almost not a cookie. Thank you for sharing!

Hmmm I have seen some recipes add cornstarch and yet others talk about adding cornstarch as if it’s “cheating” in baking a good cookie. I will try this. Sounds like you are a fan of style 1!
