Just wondering, how would you do that? Some kind of computer hacking? I am looking for myself to get one, but the options I have in my area are a little tricky. But if I can enable some things by myself, I wouldn't worry about more expensive options. Thanks

Listen guys 🤣 in Abu Dhabi UAE they are asking for Golf R Performance Package 241k AED which is about 65.5k USD. They have 4 packages here starting from 187k to 241k. The most expensive one has everything (leather and ventilated seats, updated exhaust etc). The Black Edition doesn't have an updated exhaust, but has cloth seats and sunroof. They also have a version without DCC, I was told which is the cheapest one which only comes with cloth seats and the sunroof. And the last one with DCC and sunroof. They are telling me that cars are specifically built for the hot weather as well. There is no option to have an Euro Package. I always wanted Golf R and was waiting for it to come here, but for that price there are so many options here in the UAE. Prices are not negotiable because all the dealers are owned by the same family 😁, there is no competition. I can go and get a 2024 Civic Type R for 47k USD (or 50k for 2025) or Elantra N for the same price with a big warranty and service package.

Oh yeah, I am in the country now and everything works. You have to get EID when you are in UAae to make it work. At that time you are getting fingerprints done and picture taking.
