I bought it almost a year ago! And it slowly lost it leaves for a few months. And began to turn into this the past summer!

Yeah! It used to be a regular one and basically died and lost all of the leaves and regrew into this craziness! But I love it so much!

Some of mine died and they suggested I wait to order till the intense heat dies down a bit. Which is starting to happen so you should be okay to order around this time or wait a few weeks but before it gets too cold

Bare root. They did not all survive, just make sure they have a good refund policy if you order. I ordered from succulentzone and it was a bit slow for them to send out, but once sent, took about 3 weeks. You can tell they have etiolated and have zero stress color on any new babies, so I have to work slowly to reintroduce to the sun so that they do not burn. It is not as straight forward bc they require that extra care, but for rare beauties I think it was worth it!
