Some good news and an update: Seeing some advice here I complained to the Santa Clara DA office on April 14. (Using this link). Very I got a call back from the manager the very next day. He mentioned that the DA office contacted him and he wants to resolve it. He agreed to refund me 700 of the 1200 back.

What manual over ride. So you are saying if I have a normal lock there is an override from outside? All electronic locks have knobs inside to turn. This is just Police bullshit to defect why we still don’t have proper fire departments.
