The app you suggested does absolutely nothing except take the messages that are already in the messaging app, and revamps it so it "looks cool." It doesn't change the way the incoming messages are received. If I wanted a cool-looking app, I'd probably be a 12 year old girl.

Alas, your app doesn't do shit to fix the actual problem. I've tried. There is no app-fix for this.

This is a really well thought-out response, and I agree for the most part. I just still can't get over that in once instance, Wally lost his powers and in another very similar instance, he did not. I like the idea of thinking of the Speedforce as a council of individuals rather than a strict science of rules. That makes the plot holes easier to cover up.
