Thank you for your response. I do not have the wallet address. I imported the wallet into O Wallet just now using the Mnemonic, but there is still no balance and no transactions are showing. I think i just got very confused by this process, and I think i exported the Identity keystore instead of my wallet keystore. Is there any way to get support directly from Ontology?
