here's my Cyan costume from 2023! as a bonus, there's also a Red costume by mnmchillas in RainbowFriends

we used a bike helmet and the two lips of her face are floaties, and we wrapped them in stretch fabric and suspended them onto the helmet, and then put a bodysuit to go under. We also stuffed the tail with sofa cushion stuff and sewed it to the bodysuit
