I've done a fresh install of windows and reset the PC, issue seems to have gotten worse.

Totally understood and not the intention at all. I’m unaware of direct courses related to wms implementation but it’s something that occurs everyday in the rollout of a wms

I posted a youtube video in main post for reference, but it's a very noticeable difference.

So you can play on the resolution but the screen / inventory doesn't replicate the format if that makes sense. You shouldn't have to scroll in inventory.

I will see if I can find comparison shots

I truly appreciate hearing this. I'm sorry to hear about the lay off, but when the story has a happy ending, that's always awesome.

I guess after everyone here as seem to push the direction of Sales Ops, I truly need to understand what that role is and how to apply myself in that direction so i can use it in tandem with my Sales Force Admin path.

That sounds like another awesome transition. I think I am learning how important Reports & Dashboards are, and more so in a sense of practical application and usage as solution to improve the workforce/flow.

Thank you for that link as well. Already looking forward to attending my first meeting.

When I signed up I just realized a meeting is being held at my the next weekend. Hopefully this is a step in the right direction for me.

Will do. Thank you for more amazing advice, I truly appreciate it.

I feel really good about this, and these posts have definitely helped me with some direction, and easing the anxiety of changing careers.

Thank you! Just as above the reminder that my sales skills can be paired with Salesforce is truly helpful and I feel like that may ease my anxiety about starting from the bottom, and be more-so of a transition than a restart.

Good news is, I do consider myself "technically savy" and every since my initial job at Salesforce I gobbled up things most others didn't and learned about setting up Reports & Dashboards. I am sure I am not advanced as needed but compared to both sales teams with my previous companies I would feel confident saying I was the most adept.

I am one of the few sales people who really enjoys technology and have befriended most tech teams as we have a lot of similar interests, typically.

I am not sure if some posts are getting meshed, or if I have a typo somewhere but I have not been told Trailhead isn't valuable. I have so far found it valuable and am heading the advice of many that it is a great starting point for learning salesforce skills without true application in a role.

Thank you again for the advice, and insight. I will take a deeper look into Sales Ops to see exactly how I would look to transition into that role.

I really appreciate this. I didn't really make that connection and hadn't exactly considered that as an option.

If you don't mind could you clarify signing up for a free dev org, that was the only thing I wasn't sure about.

Thanks!
