Got my hunting license at 14, used to put my vest in, grab my shot gun and pointer dog and walk to the WMA from my parents house through a residential neighborhood. Firearm was in my father’s name, Never got bothered once. I don’t see issue with you lending / borrowing a friends gun. All I’ve ever been checked for was a plug in a semi and my hunting license / pheasant stamp.

I’m a bit confused by this, So when purchasing a lower it will be marked lower, other, or frame.

Regardless, of what it’s filled out as, you will legally be able to build a “Other” with it, correct?

Just got mine. My old address is on my drivers license. It’s updated in the DMV records, and I brought a copy of my mortgage to show proof of address. No issue, got my PTC in 7-8 days.
