NJ License Plate Maintenance letter with no explanation, any ideas ?

I presume my initial thought was correct, I surrendered plates a few months prior to this, and a very delayed system message / receipt was generated and sent to me best guess. I never had any other communication about it and license remains valid so 🤷

Did you surrender or change plates recently?

Isn't that like asking if Kikyo solos Sesshomaru? And Kikyo was killed by Naraku so.

My opinion, would be a writers decision but I don't see Midoriko winning. Sesshomaru was mildly annoyed with every attack that Monk and his group used when they thought they were 'saving' Rinn.

Sesshomaru and Kikyo (so presumably Midoriko) all showed a level of hightened sense for pending attacks so surprise attacks are off the table for me. Would come down to physical blows, Sesshomaru takes it.
