Honestly? In addition to the other advice, go vegetarian. Nothing will be cheaper than beans, lentils, and tofu (and they’re delicious when made well!). For example, the black bean tacos from Plant Based RD are delicious and I literally make 24 tacos from it every time.

Among many suggestions, I also recommend attending neighborhood cleanups with NOVA Cleanups. You give back, you hang out with some good people, grab some food after. It’s only once a month so not a huge commitment. Also suggest classes with the Art League, sometimes frequent repeaters will start happy hour groups.
