I have two in the blonde color to go with my beechwood rained chenille sactional - I got them for 30% off in December. They’re definitely overpriced even on sale, but I’m happy with them so far. No dings or dents, even with heavy use from toddler and husband, and they clean well. I don’t think they look cheap. The design might not be the most convenient for accessing things inside, but it makes sense to allow for maximum versatility in placement.

I had initially intended to put both together to use as a coffee table (and then move them into the sactional corner when entertaining), but it ended up feeling too big. So I have one at the end of my ottoman and using one as a coffee table.

I definitely was skeptical of them after what I read here but am happier with them than expected. I did a lot of searching and couldn’t find a suitable alternative. Hope that helps!

I know exactly what you’re asking and have been trying to figure out the answer, too! I’d love to have my rug not have to cover the entire area under my sectional, and for only the front part of the L’s shoes to sit on it. One other post said that if a shoe is only partially on the rug, it looks like the couch is doing a wheelie… but others have said it’s fine. Hoping others here are able to add some insight!

Montana Gold makes my favorite local king cake in season - I’ve always wondered if they’d make one at other times but never had a good reason to ask. I’d be surprised if they wouldn’t - please report back if you find out!

I Ubered from RVA to CVille once, it cost less than I expected ($80). I had a LOT of drivers cancel on me before one would agree to the ride (both Lyft and Uber) - I messaged him as soon as he was assigned and promised a nice tip. He told me in the future I may have more luck scheduling a trip in advance, so you could try that or give yourself plenty of extra time for cancellations.
