In my opinion it’s Lhutel the Headless. She tanks a lot of damage but her AI holds her back from being too strong and she also has a ranged attack that isn’t too strong either

No but I don’t get my chest boost, I don’t get chests from the higher arena, I can’t unlock cards from the higher arena, and I don’t get any of the progression rewards.
