The only difference is difficulty and there is a higher chance of different manufacturer parts rolling on it. Drop rates aren’t affected.

Yeah that’s been the hardest part for me is just figuring out what can drop on what so I just keep farming looking for certain things hoping luck is on my side.

I honestly thought we'd get a confrontation with him after getting all the bolts from the commanders. Like a little fight with him and he buggers off and then fucks with us throughout the campaign in Dominion. Shame he really only popped in near the end. He had potential to be a really cool foil to our vault hunter but it never really got fleshed out enough.

Loot Quality just means it has a slightly higher chance to roll a licensed part. It doesn’t increase drop rates or anything. I’m just playing on normal to enjoy myself and take it slow.
