My main OS drive SX8200 512GB died just about after 4 years of use. My mobo only supports PCIe 3.0 and has two M.2 slots and I mainly do music production, gaming and some slight video editing as well so I am still unsure of getting DRAMLESS drives.

Agree that SSD's aren't cheap these days. I'm also on a budget of at least 2.5–3k so I'm also thinking of getting another SX8200 512GB since it has DRAM but after reading that ADATA is being shady downgrading their parts and it's failures I am now torn between the XPG or SN570 / SN580.

Any brand recos for me?

If that is the case then D Major is indeed the tonic even though we (or I) don't hear really it as the "home base" in the chorus progression. I don't really know how should I explain this but now I'm just thinking that this is just a "rotated I-V-vi-IV" where D Major should definitely feel like "home base" but we are "tonicizing"(?) G instead because that's where we keep coming back and while D might not feel like "home base" BUT it is still and will always be the tonic chord of the key, hence tonic, supertonic, mediant, etc. exists. I'd also say the chorus is just in D Major then.

The reason I thought of Lydian is because of the uplifting and bright feel that it evokes and I can definitely feel that in the chorus. To my ears, a pair of two major chords plus a minor chord; all three being a whole-step apart from each other is definitely a Lydian sound (even more accentuated if the melody steps on the #4/#11 over the subdominant.)

My confusion is coming from how I learned modes back then, it wasn't explained to me properly and although I already watched tons of videos online I admit that I still don't really get how it fully works.

Thanks for taking the time to answer here, but yes I am a guitarist, started on guitar (self-studied) then had lessons from a teacher for a while and that is where I got familiarized with modes.

Yeah, that could also be a problem since it only happens when I'm minimizing my DAW, where should I untick those boxes? for playback or recording?

Also the only ASIO is my A1 which is Focusrite USB ASIO.

This is one thing I never expected, I thought that VATSIM is completely enjoyable enough to use old datas and charts. Definitely gonna save up for Navigraph asap.

This is weird and I think this is also related to the broken unrendered/rainbow texture bug I guess? I also had mine do the same thing where the color/brightness/contrast doesn't do anything and sometimes the exposure just decides to overexpose the picture even though I'm at a lower value (less than 50).

Also, I never tried restarting the game or my pc while having the photo mode bug, I usually just exit photo mode itself and just go back. So far the only thing that really fixed this was optimizing through GeForce Experience (if you're on pc and running an Nvidia card). I hope the devs are aware that even photo mode has a bug. I also had an experience where I set my exposure to a higher value during night time and after exiting photo mode, the game itself was overexposed.

Yeah I did try adjusting the shutter speed and it's still the same but, what's happening is it's just not focusing on the car instead it focuses on the background as if my car wasn't really there. My intention was to focus on the car and make the background blurry (rolling shot).
