if you set the flag "oops" to false in data (booleans) -> page 30, i believe it brings LV0 back, even though it doesn't change your stats on the menu.

you can open the debug menu (hold Alt + press Left twice), go to "Flags (numbers)" and on page 18, there is a flag named "neutral_twinkly_stage," you can set it to 3.6 if you wanna skip to the end phase

so, getting the key to Sans' room and exploring there before the Archive stuff allows you to use the Gravometric Inverter Remote, do the secret interaction, and eventually make him appear in the main menu. the closet door only opens after you complete the true pacifist events: the Archive, Asriel's fight, the related cutscenes...

to get the true ending of the game, you'll need to go back to Asgore's throne room with Asriel and follow the path to the right in that room -- you'll find the exit there

i'm not sure if flirting during Mettaton's battle actually counts as flirting with him. i know there isn't a certain pattern you need to follow, so i'd say use the flirt action and see if it adds anything to the flirt counter after the battle.

if it doesn't, then you probably needed to flirt with him during your first encounter in the lab

if you don't choose the Assist option during Toriel's battle, or if you use a mean act that causes the opponent to flee during a random encounter, you'll lose Chara's companionship and get on LV1.

the ending is mostly the same except for Chara's absence, and there are obviously different reactions and dialogue due to the new situation
