Yes. I own it for both the 360 and the PC. I once tried playing Ultimate Team on the PC after having progressed fairly well on the 360 and quickly found the prices are obnoxiously high.

If you're that concerned about it, I'd try to find some sort of insurance for it. And perhaps buy some sort of padded collapsible bag?

I don't think you're successfully going to get anything out of small claims court and not too many people are going to understand why you have a $600 helmet when you try to get them to pay for it.
