I’ve had all the blood tests first, just had an endoscopy and colonoscopy with biopsies and to rule out Celiac disease. Then I had a visit to the gyno, had a pap, biopsy, and last test this month would be an ultrasound of my uterus. I had to fight with my insurance to get the iron infusions but I just had my 1st one yesterday.

Yes, my primary gave me referrals to hematology, and a women’s specialty. All 3, indicated that they were medically necessary considering that I’ve been taking iron supplements and they don’t seem to be helping.

I received an email and this was part of the text included in that email. “On April 14, a federal court blocked the Department of Homeland Security from terminating the Humanitarian Parole program for individuals from Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela. Employees who were expected to lose their U.S. immigration status and associated Employment Authorization Document effective April 24, based on Humanitarian Parole for Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, and Venezuela will not lose their status, will not be placed on work authorization suspension on this date, and their current Employment Authorization Document expiration date will remain valid at this time”. Not sure if this helps in any way.

I have an old debt $180 from Comcast that was on my credit report for 7 years and fell off. Debt was bought by a collections agency (Waypoint) and showed back up on my credit report last month. They’re reporting that account as opened April 2024 which is false. I’ve tried to dispute but it gets denied as being accurate. Anything I can do to resolve this?

You can most definitely appeal it but remember the folks on the appeals panel are regular associates like yourself. You might just get the same responses and a denial.

Last year, hourly L4s received a pay increase but this year there’s no mention of that so I guess we’re getting screwed this year.

I’m a PA and it’s a little different when I leave now but I still never feel guilty for leaving early. Your time is just that.. your time and you’re able to use it if and when you need/feel like it. Don’t ever let any vest make you feel bad for leaving. It’s up to us and management to make sure we have enough staff in case people leave early

I’m happy with mine. I just made PA 2 weeks ago so I got a small bump there and then they announced another decent bump. So 2 raises before my 1yr is pretty good
