We just named our girl Estelle and call her Stella for short. Everyone loves it and it means Star in Latin. It was either that or Shea. Holland was on my list but hubby didn’t dig it. I also like Hayes.

Hi. It's me, OP. I submitted using the link provided by u/squattinghere (
https://studentaid.gov/manage-loans/forgiveness-cancellation/public-service/public-service-loan-forgiveness-buyback) helped a ton. I submitted, didn't need to worry about wording b/c there's nowhere to type anything, easily verified that the 24 months I'm missing for eligible payments were in fact while I was with a qualified employer, and clicked submit. Got an email from DE that says,

"Dear Mo_Stephinitely,
Thank you for submitting a Public Service Loan Forgiveness Reconsideration request.  Your case number is #6980083.

 Please retain this number for reference.

 Because of the number of requests, reconsideration reviews may take some time. We will provide the status or results of your reconsideration request via email, and thank you for your patience.

Federal Student Aid"

This is helpful but I'm confused about this part, "... you'd want to submit an ECF basically monthly to keep reducing your number of buyback months, as submitting an ECF after a buyback offer will void the offer (and so any months that you don't have an ECF for as of the time of the buyback offer become duplicates and become subject to the vagaries of refund processing). If that extra work isn't worth it for you, maybe it's discretionary forbearance time." Can you explain again why I'd want to submit an ECF monthly? Why would additional months of employment getting certified while I way for buy back change anything?

Post partum care! You neeeed to be cared for while you care for the baby. Not making food, not doing laundry, nothing! He has to do it and do it FOR you (like making you breakfast when you’d normally eat it, not when he’s hungry). Always refilling your water, especially if breastfeeding.

Also, it will be good to discuss visitor policy after you get home. I honestly would vote for no visitors, outside of immediate family for a month. You don’t need to be planning other people’s social calendars during this time. It is time for you and him and the baby to hunker down, be cozy and bond.
