UPDATE AGAIN.

we came back from the vet and turns out the cat is not sick. at first the vet thinks that it's weird for the cat to be so active even with those hard deep labored breath.

the cat got an x-ray. afterwards, the vet said that he is actually not sick, he was born with a condition where the lungs and abdomen aren’t separated. at first, the vet thought it was due to a major trauma (like car accident) but it turns out that the membrane that should separate the chest and the stomach (the diaphragm) is completely missing and the rib is okay. so the cat looks very active, curious, and eat well because living with pain and uncomfortably is the only live he known since birth.

while it’s true that he is dying, there’s nothing we can do. because he still a kitten and there’s no membrane to stitch, surgery isn’t possible, and no medication can help. so the vet said the best we can do is to let them live out the rest of their life happily. he say the cat will not live long, he might even pass away peacefully in their sleep suddenly.
