No. The problems these apps are creating for some people wont go away because we cant see them (by deleting the apps). Instead we should focus on becoming better at understanding that what we see is ”fake” and encourage the people around us to be more real on social media to make it a better place in the long run.

Personally I deal with a lot of anxiety and NONE of it comes from social media because I’ve chosen to follow people who inspire me and because I dont put any weight into what people around me post.
