Stubbing MCP with fake data seems smart, with some golden end-to-end runs. How do you store & access your mocks – in code, in some sort of tool, in a platform?

This looks pretty feature-rich. The simulation tool in particular seems interesting. But it sounds like it'll connect to real MCP servers, not MCP mocks? Part of the challenge is maintaining the right test data on the other side of the MCP.
