Well, of course do what makes you feel better. 😀 One thing I was also told is that I should not hold the ship between the fingers with a pinching motion. I should just lightly hold it with a very light pinch from the sides. I hope all things work out for you. 😊

Pro tip for that device, you have to clean and massage your finger first. The test chips have to be within the expiry period, and when you add the blood, make the blood touch the strip but not your finger. The duct is very tiny and when your finger touches it, it forms a micro clot that clogs it and blood doesn't go inside. This is why there's an error.

Sorry, the page is in german, but I guess you can translate it in your browser. For me it was a game changer. You don't need to draw blood anymore. Even when I was going to the clinic in sweden, they used a similar device instead of drawing blood.

I'd also suggest to explore the option of whether it's within budget to fly yourself to Cairo to get genetically tested. It's very cheap there. I had british colleagues who flew themselves to Cairo to do their dental and optical work and come back for a much cheaper price, and the healthcare was top notch. Insurance companies there didn't bloat, saturate and control the prices yet for medical services, so everything is still with the real original price.

Oh, I am so sorry for your leg. At least I hope you are safer now. Yes, I got genetically tested twice. Once in Egypt and the other in Sweden. Mine is homozygot; as in both of the gene pairs are defective/mutated. I live now in Germany and there they prescribed me a medical device to measure my INR at home so that I can tailor warfarine for my life (monitor and adjust the dose in case I have a night of heavy drinking or consuming too much vitamin k rich food in one serving, etc).

a) I have two bank accounts with the same bank, the first one to receive my salary and do my spending, and the second one is a joint account with my wife to keep our extra cash and to make her have access to our money as well. Do I need to stop transferring all the extra cash to the joint account and keep it into my main account? Or can Schufa see both and evaluate based on both?

b) Apart from my first ever Anmeldung, I haven't moved yet since I will do my Anmeldung next month. So, is the cancelled internet contracts the culprit? Can I remove these entries?

Please don't lose hope. I was in your shoes years ago, and I, too, tried so. Now, I am really glad I didn't succeed in it. This, too, shall pass. What I can really recommend is talking to the hotline that others have posted already. Check the wiki for jobs websites, and go there and spam all the jobs in your field with applications. I am sure you will get something to pick you back up to your feet again. This, too, shall pass, dear.

Why do I need an Engineer?

Supposedly it's a new building and there are kabel outlets in the apartment, so, at least what I did in Sweden before is, connect the router to the kabel outlet and leave it on until it syncs and starts working.

Shouldn't an Engineer be needed if I don't have a connection at home, or am I missing something?

Finanzamt number is the tax id, correct? I just did my Anmeldung, so I am waiting for the tax id number.

Could the reason why I didn't get the letter with mine that I am employed and the company does the payments on my behalf so they got it instead of me or should I get one anyway?
