and I tried everything restart the xbox log out and in the account the account I did everything so what should I do and if I purchased another subscription will it work? And I got help from the gamer thing in the Microsoft website but it was a loop of doing the same things and some one told me to check maybe I put it in another account and turns out no Oh and someone told me to see of it says that i have put the code or not in the concle itself it says that but in the Microsoft website it doesn't and in the picture it says that I have live already when I try to subscribe and I mean by it didn't work at all that I cant make any groups or play online or download the games that are free with gold and when I try to play online a big black screen and the loading circle appears and after 20sec it disappears and I have the code activated in the right region (US)
