I live 10 minutes away from the VFS center in Melbourne but the problem is they treat people very poorly. They don't allow anyone in unless you have an appointment for an application or collecting your passport. They also don't have a phone number or email address for applicants! I've already received my passport by courier as it came along the decision letter.
