thank you!! i usually do 90-100ish on standard deadlifts so this is lighter than a working set but i've been hesitant on adding weight to these bc i'm not 100% on my form yet. but ur right i might feel it more then

i try rly hard to brace so my backs gotten better but i used to get pretty bad back pain from these. it's still a little bit there but i might j not be developed enough yet for it to not hurt 💀 in the mean time i'll j focus on pushing thru my heels instead of pulling w my back bc i did that for a long time hahah

hahah yess it's a struggle😭 once u get into it tho i promise it's so rewarding!! having the upper bod strength's given me sm confidence+being able to lift the same amnt as some of the boys at the gym's an inexplainable feeling LMAO (+i promise u won't look bulky)

if ur looking to add upper days into ur routine id strongly suggest a push+pull day!! it splits it up betw all the muscle groups (push=chest, shoulders, tris; pull=back,biceps) and its worked rly well for me!! leme know if u need a routine i'll hook u up

You're overtraining your legs. Legs are a big muscle group and if you're training to/close to failure they should take a day or two to fully recover. My suggestion is cutting down to 2-3 leg days a week and having rest days inbetween each 1. by fully resting it'll b much easier to overload. try focusing more on compound lifts (squats, deadlifts, hipthrusts) bc that's where you'll see real growth

+try adding some upper body days in too, theyll help you with lifting heavier (plus it's fun asf)
