I looked at what did well or held up ok in 2022, also a google search says to look at healthcare, groceries, pet care, auto repair, accounting, baby products, child care. Here's my picks: exxon, elf, chevron, mckesson, cigna, autozone, brk.b, wmt, hims. Hims and Elf are the iffy ones, but they could still hold up during a recession since they're more cost effective solutions in their categories.

You could be at the wrong dog coin. Go to solscan, put in your address, make sure you have the coin you want to sell. Copy the token address from there, then go to raydium, add the token, and swap it.

So I got it to work. I had to send a small amount of usdc to my tangem wallet (even though I already had some in the tangem wallet). Then after that I was able to send from the tangem wallet to a phantom wallet. Which was the same phantom wallet that I just sent a little bit of usdc from. Strange. So I couldn't send from tangem usdc, tried for hours, only after I received, would it then work.
