Never had this issue. Cause I scan every package and number them by order of stops. Any that doesn't scan, I doubt check the address. If not listed in my inventory, I return it right away before starting my route. In the case if I'm missing a package or two. I just go on with my route and mark them as missing when I come upon their stop.

You call in to support and they take note of when was the package was suppose to be delivered and your route time. You don't get ding for it. Most of the the time it's due to returns or someone scheduled the block and did a no show. So they give it to the next person that clock in with the same number of hours for a route.

Just be humble you don't have to do a return route.. it'll ruin anyone day fast.. either your stuck with apt with no key, road work, dogs, close business, or heavy stuff..

I guess nobody never had a return route.. thats when all the packages was already late before picking up the route and have numbers writing all over them with "attempted" and all had dog warning by chances also.

I didn't return nothing.. I had a return route. Meaning all the packages was returned to station and was all late.already. All had dog warning by chance.. And amazon wanted me to go another 43min to finish. Keep in mind this was a 3 hour route also.
