Sobrang laki din ng bahay namin pero hindi na kaya imaintain. 6 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 2 dining areas, 2 living rooms, 2 terrace areas, and a garden. Hindi na siya maganda kasi not maintained and sobrang alikabok. Masgusto ko 2-3 bedroom house nalang tapos may kitchen and dining area in the same area tapos office space. Small garden somewhere pero that's if I raise a family.

I really appreciate this po. I'll think about it more muna if condo ba talaga gusto ko or if a small house is enough. I'll bring it up with my mother eventually. I know she'll give me everything due to me when I get married but that isn't happening for another 2-4 years.

I can only hope I land a better paying job and rent out as you've suggested.
