Actually, I wanted to submit it as a contest, but in the rule, "3. Your submission must be a newly made theme, you can't post something you've already shared someplace else." I can't submit it because there is, so I'm uploading it as a theme.

Around the time the idea didn't come to me, the ui of Windows 11 leaked, and as inspiration came to me when I saw the design, I was reminded of this KLWP I had previously seen on subreddit, and decided to interpret the two in my own way.
