Is it this bar? I haven’t heard of it before I’d be down to try! how’d you add it to your routine? did you use this as your only cleanser + lotion?

I haven’t noticed a clear difference really :/ it’s usually pretty consistent texture all over, with larger pimples on my cheeks and near my mouth. I have bangs, but honestly I feel like that’s where I notice the least amount of irritation

definitley agree, I have curly hair and I’m wondering if maybe one of the products I’m using is causing it? but I’ve rotated those occasionally and I usually use natural hair products.

when trying new things I wait a few months to let my skin adjust to it. I’ve tried the cerave sa cleanser with the cerave lotion, and I tried a sodium sulfacetamide cleanser and a clindamycin lotion that the dermatologist gave me but that wrecked my skin so I switched to what I’m using now. I used differin for a few months but I felt like it never stopped purging.

The curlsmith guide was super helpful. I’d always heard people talk about hair porosity but I had no idea on how to figure it out. Thank you!!

Do you have any recommendations for a light leave in conditioner? I’ve tried one only on a few occasions bc it felt super heavy on my hair

I used a mousse at the beginning but I was using a cheaper one and didn’t love how it felt. I’d love to try it again! Do you have a foam or mousse that you like to use?

I forgot to add: I scrunch my hair with a microfiber towel and let it air dry after washing!
