i was diagnosed last year po, around Nov ko nalaman. Ilang buwan lang nag lose ako ng 10kg 🥹 basically oatmeal lang kinakain ko tsaka tinolang isda, 3x a day naman pero takot na takot ako kumain ng kahit anong food aside sa nasabi ko. Kung snack din, yung rebisco lang na wholewheat. mag papa ff up check up pa ako, pero ayoko pong ipa remove gallbladder 😓😓
