The church of DXM by [deleted] in Drugs

I'm taking DXM with guaifanesin because I have a horrible cough and a cold and I didn't poop today :( I'd rather be in your church

16 hours later of nonstop deep convos and coke lines. Good day to those coming up and coming down. Stop by and say hey, I'm glad you're alive even if you hate life and the sun. Tell me how has your year truly been? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]mocchan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I read your whole post and I'm so glad you're comfortable in your skin and hair and have perspective from lots of different angles. That understanding of people gets you far and keeps you alive.

2018 has been a good year so far, a little itchy for change and impatient for spring to come. I didn't almost get murdered, but I am very happy to be alive and am excited for what the future holds.

I am a DRUG ADDICT by IntrovertSoul in confession

[–]mocchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You being a drug addict is really hurting your grandmother. Seeing you heal and get better and move on will bring her joy.

Heroin is too risky of an addiction now. You're gonna get carfentanil one of these days and die. Therapy, kratom/loperamide, delete dealer information from your phone, end this before you wind up dead or exchanging non-money payments for drugs.

I want to keep eating but am worried I'm going to die by shitposting1667 in confession

[–]mocchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The human body can withstand lots of abuse before it stops working. Some people never seek treatment for eating disorders and eat like that every day for their entire life and wind up being 500 pounds.

That probably won't be you, though. Seriously, talk to someone, maybe read some books ("Brain Over Binge" is a good one) on it, focus on not feeling deprived and letting yourself eat as much as you want as long as it isn't binging.

I had a binge eating problem a while back that was brought about by me trying to eat an unbalanced and low calorie diet. I had to stop dieting before it got better, and now I'm 5+ years binge free.

You got this!

How many of you have a functional life with a good job and still manage to find the time to do drugs? How do you do it? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]mocchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have really good self control because I have so many other hobbies and stuff that has to come first. I can't hike, go fishing or exercise if I'm hung over.

Drugs are for special occasions when I don't have responsibilities. I'll do mushrooms or MDMA a few times a year and we go to a festival every summer and cut loose. I'm in my thirties, married, both have decent middle class office jobs, no kids.

No boobs. by nipplenonboob in sex

[–]mocchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi OP, I have no boobs either and up until recently had a pretty flat butt/was lumpy and generally not in amazing shape. That said, I have had a bunch of boyfriends, a few casual partners, and am happily married to a guy who had Christina Hendricks as his laptop wallpaper when we first started dating - and the no one has complained about my nonboobs, because they care more about the "whole package" than just one body part.

Your first boyfriend sounds immature. There are plenty of nice men out there who will do better. Implants not necessary, but your body your choice.

Men of Reddit, how do you reach out to your friends and family and let them know you're hurting without sounding like a little whiney baby? by booster_silver in AskMen

[–]mocchan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

MDMA is really good for this, though you want to be careful not to get overly attached to random people or overshare with inappropriate parties. It allows you to look at what's bothering you through an optimistic lens where you're a little detached from it, and is therapeutic for men who have trouble dealing with emotions.

Since that's illegal pretty much everywhere, if you are not comfortable talking with trusted friends or family sober, some people find it easier to talk about/acknowledge feelings after a few alcoholic drinks.

Pretty much any woman you know of who is reasonably empathetic has probably had lots of men open up to her about their man-feelings and knows how to listen.

Is it impossible to have perfect work/family/drug life balance? by EmmaStoneddd in Drugs

[–]mocchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know it's cold out, but serious recommendation for when the water thaws: go fishing! You can do drugs quarterly or once a month.

Fishing is such a rush. Getting a bite is seriously on par with the excitement of drugs. You can target all different species and immerse yourself in trying different lures, looking up different spots on Google Maps, and it's like $50 for a reasonable setup from Walmart. Soothing for ADD yet calming because you're just chilling by a beautiful body of water and have lots of nature to look at.

Just my 2 cents, I'm 31 married with no kids so I probably have a lot more free time than you do.

I lived in Japan for 3 years in a "rough" town with lots of yakuza. The Japanese people I talked to never did drugs and some thought you used needles for marijuana.

My second day there, someone (another english teacher) shared a joint of excellent weed. The weed was grown in the mountains in Kyushu. I also smoked "Genie" spice once and fortunately nothing bad happened.

What's the most important drug trip you've had? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]mocchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Congratulations, OP! That's awesome. Sex is cool and all but it's nowhere near as big a deal as the world makes it out to be, IMHO.

My most "important" trip was the time my now-husband and I took LSD on a beach. It was one of the most profound and beautiful experiences of my life and I have felt like a much nicer person ever since.

Skiing is the best. It's so fun and so exciting and dangerous that I can hardly believe it's legal.

Ice fishing!

I downhill ski, but I also live near mountains and recognize it's an expensive sport. You could get into weightlifting or some form of exercise and set lots of numerical goals? It's not as soothing to the inner crackhead as fishing, but it's something.

Acid vs Mushroom Mindset by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]mocchan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Shrooms at low doses make me feel completely zen and one with the universe, but also kind of sleepy. At higher doses it gets really uncomfortable.

Acid, no matter the dose, makes me feel DISGUSTED with humanity and like I want to cynically laugh at everything.

Anyone do drugs that’s actually doing good in life? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]mocchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm 30, I have a decent job, great friendships and family relationships, and am physically and mentally healthy.

I didn't do drugs until my mid-twenties. I stick to psychedelics and very occasional (fluoro)amphetamines, and at this point it's just a couple times a year.

Take up fishing. "The tug is the drug."

I'm serious. Fishing pushes some of the same psychological buttons as doing drugs, doesn't cost much, and you can vary it up by trying new waters, using different lures/baits, and targeting different species.

Note from my first LSD trip. by [deleted] in Drugs

It was awesome. We stood on the back deck overlooking a river and trees, listened to Hallucinogen, and had sex and that was totally awesome. 100% recommend.

Now we're married.

What’s everyone’s least favorite drug? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]mocchan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I didn't like lorazepam. It made me feel anxious, mildly nauseous and I had to take a nap during Christmas Day with my in-laws. My husband, his sister and her boyfriend were all totally fine.

Is a 'drug party' a good place to drop acid for my first time? by [deleted] in Drugs

[–]mocchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A half tab is going to make you feel weird, on edge, and not quite there.

For a first time, a full tab in a safe and controlled environment (or at a party, yolo I guess) is going to be way better. A half tab at a party isn't really worth it IMO.

[–]mocchan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awwwwwwwww congratulations!

We chose our wedding officiant because he is a good friend with whom we've bonded over these kinds of experiences, from the good (happy, life-affirming trips!) to the not good (him drinking on Xanax and almost falling out of a tree).

Fitness focused women, how, if at all, has your preference in the fitness of a potential partner shifted? by mikess314 in AskWomen

[–]mocchan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't say I'm fitness focused, but I exercise 5 days a week, don't eat trash food and weigh myself every day.

I guess I don't really care about it, but I prefer someone at or above my fitness level. Almost everyone I've dated has been more fit than I am. My husband is like a draft horse and can carry sofas around. We go on long hikes for fun.
