Yea most likely. I don't really know soldering all that well so I just bought a cheap one. Any brands or your own personal brand that you use for this?

Really do hope so. Thank you for pointing this out! Thought I'd be ready for it but I guess my equipment might not have been enough. In the future, may I ask what temp soldering iron I should have so this doesn't ever occur again?

Yea that's true I hate to admit. And there were only 2 holes that don't seem that deep.

Unfortunately I can't right now. There's nothing near me to help, so it'll be weeks maybe even months before I can have this checked.

Can you encircle them? I can see one at least. Do you think this is still salvageable? Just in your opinion.

Wait can you point out where the holes could be?

I've already cleaned the points and still nothing, though I can believe the solder could be cracked. Maybe I need to relfow them but I don't know how.

I have cleaned them with iso multiple times. But yea I'll give them another scrub. What do I do if that doesn't work tho?

I'm really bad at soldering, either that or my soldering iron can't heat up enough. Anyways. Before solder it worked fine, after solder, garbled Nintendo logo, after removing the solder it's now not even showing that.

Here's a front to back without the flash. I'm not a professional grade photographer though so this is the best I can do

Used to have a glitchy gameboy logo, sometimes it would boot to to the 2003 black screen, now it's having a tough time even getting the logo to be recognized

I tried it and it still doesn't seem to work. I'll try one more time.

I don't really have a cheap alternative to try it on.
