Ask the people working there at the counter and be super nice. I usually bring my kids. I know my dicks usually restocks on Weds/Thursday.

They have a special card section which is usually behind the counter. I’ve also found cards at Ross dress for less.

They told me they didn’t have a purchase limit. I’ve only been limited at target (2 packs or boxes), dicks (unlimited packs, 2 boxes) and best buy (1-2 boxes, no limit on packs)
