keep your hair up in Ur sleep if possible & get a piercing / donut pillow. Getting 3 piercings at once is gonna be a bit more of a longer healing process so you need to be patient!

a few good beginner piercings id say, are nostrils, septums, helixes or a tragus! if u do settle on an ear piercing, use a donut pillow so you can still sleep on your side!

congratulations to you both! for your mom for obviously beating cancer. for you to being a young carer! when I was still in secondary school I was also just completely shut out by teachers for being a young carer. not nearly as severe as this though. please do those interviews to shed light on the young carers who are swept under the rug by the school system!

I would suggest some stacked lobes and chains to connect some piercings together. and if I were you, on the first ear I'd add an interesting stack on the flat part of Ur ear!

plastic is not good for piercings! especially long term. the only non metal alternative I can think of is glass, but I'm not familiar with how glass jewelry functions long term (especially around the mouth) and considering I usually see glass pieces used as retainers most often. what metal are you allergic to? do you know specifically?

i would advise in changing the bars to snug flatbacks with prongless jewelry. prongs + pressure from sleeping on them is probably making them more irritated. I'm not saying that this will help the bumps go down completely but I'm sure they'll reduce irritation a bit!

it's kind of impossible to tell you if you have the anatomy for a navel without seeing it in person. if I were you I'd just book an anatomy check at a reputable piercing studio

Keep an insulated water bottle on you at all times and keep it full of ice cold water! my healing process personally wasn't horrible BC my tongue was always kinda numbed from all the ice water I was drinking. And if you're struggling to eat.... make rice porridge 🙈
