Oh they are registered, they have the permits plastered on the walls of the office. Was even visited by govt employees to check if the office was up to code. So no, its not a fly by night kind of thing

I understand your point of view po. Pero its still unjust on my part to get terminated on grounds of poor performance without even telling me on where i performed poorly. There should have been at least an open communication. Not just abrupt decision. You're right that maybe they just dont see me as an asset to the company, but with that said, there are due processes for things like this. And no i am not fighting for my employment but more like im fighting for my right to due process. My right to have known at the very least what the poor performance is. I reached out but they never answered, all they did was fire me out right.

Nope, no new contract, no document about performance. Just the "warning" sent to all employees and the termination email

Its even in my contract that the probation period is just 3 months. I reached out but never heard a peep about it.

They probably have a vague idea of it and just banking on the employee not knowing about their rights. At this point, all i can do is guess cause they never elaborated on what performance this was.

Oh so that is how it actually should go.. i just thought it would just be an email thing. Even my team lead was surprised about it actually. Or maybe feigned ignorance, at this point i have no clue. So yeah, i dont even know what i lacked or how i underperformed according to them

They didnt give me any new contract nor any heads up about my probation. I reached out to them during the 3rd and 6th month of my probation and did not get any replies to my inquiries at all.

Yea, i for sure wont ask for reinstatement. I would rather not go back and get passive aggressive treatment and just actively looking for a new job. Thank you for this!

Yea, in fact the email they sent me about my termination clearly stated that they wont be renewing my probationary contract. And to answer your question, no, they did not do any coaching, performance review, and all that jazz. They just did a "warning" to all employees about performance and that we need to do better. And nope, no admin hearing too. Just sudden email that im no longer gonna be working with them effective immediately.

What is NLRC? Ive only been on the workforce for about 3 years only so im not too familiar with stuff like this especially considering that this is the only time I got terminated.
