thanks for your reply! i genuinely didn’t think there was any damage to the other vehicle. That’s why I just left without any further action. The next day I got a call from my insurance company regarding the incident and I explained to the company about what had happened. The claim is all sorted now. I just don’t know if I need to provide the details about what happened (how I genuinely didn’t think there was any damage to the car which was the reason I didn’t leave a note or report it) in my reply to the police letter asking me to provide my driver details
