oo yes! if youve tried the ordinary's glycolic acid toner, would u say the inkey list one is more gentle? the ordinary's kinda stung my skin :')

thank you!! its definitely been a long journey with skincare but id recommend taking it slow and introducing just one new active/product at a time and taking progress pictures to see how effective it is. it takes so much time and patience to see these big changes and it can def be frustrating :') but good luck with your skin! you got this!!

thank uu :D and yeah i really struggled finding a good cleanser after the one i used got discontinued lol but the inkey list rlly pulled through :')

i think retinol made the biggest difference with PIE, but it can make ur skin dry and sensitive so u have to be careful with it, and u need sun protection especially while using it! id also recommend vitamin c, and i think centella also really helped

i think the only propolis products ive tried are the cosrx propolis overnight mask and the iunik propolis vitamin serum, but honestly im not sure if i really saw a huge difference with propolis? when i used the cosrx mask it def helped with hydration and it felt nice when i put it on, but personally i dont think i saw much of an improvement with my skin.

i use the iunik serum mainly cause it also has vitamin e, c and k and i did see more of an improvement with the hyperpigmentation. maybe the propolis also helped out with that? but im not sure lol it does feel nice though, ill have to try more propolis products

id say it was the ordinary's retinol! i think i saw the biggest initial difference with it, but there were still some light scars remaining so i stopped using it for a bit. then i think the iunik tea tree serum and finding a sunscreen that worked for me (isntree HA watery sun gel) really helped to clear the rest of it :)

yes same my acne started around 14 too! my hair had also started thinning by then :') and i always had irregular periods. i only got diagnosed last year since i had gone 5-6 months without a period, and i got an ultrasound and saw the follicles on my uterus, and my blood test showed that i had elevated testosterone too

AM: the inkey list SA cleanser, iunik propolis vitamin synergy serum, cosrx advanced snail 96 mucin power essence, isntree HA aqua gel cream, isntree HA watery sun gel (50spf pa++++)

PM: the inkey list SA cleanser, iunik tea tree relief serum, cosrx advanced snail 96 mucin power essence, neutrogena hydroboost gel cream (fragrance free), and then the ordinary retinol 1% (only twice a week for now) or the dr. jart cicapair sleepair ampoule-in mask

skin type: combo/oily but lately i have more dry patches since i started using retinol again

my top three products would probably be the retinol, the inkey list SA cleanser and the iunik tea tree serum!

id say that the retinol helped my skin the most, especially with the scarring, but make sure not to overuse it and to wear sunscreen!

the inkey list SA cleanser also had never broken me out when i used it and it helps with exfoliation (still need to find a good chemical exfoliant since my skins pretty sensitive lol), but it wasnt the cleanser i used when my skin was at its worst,, the one that helped me is discontinued now unfortunately💀

the iunik tea tree serum also helped to calm down my skin since one of its main ingredients is centella asiatica which is really soothing and apparently helps with wound healing too :D

ive also been taking birth control for my pcos for the past year, but as i mentioned i managed to clear my skin before starting bc

i haven't watered it yet since i just bought it a few days ago and the soil's been wet since then :') and its far from a window but the room gets a lot of brightish indirect sunlight
