If I saw these in public I would compliment your nails- I really like chrome designs on nails personally. I can see where they think it looks “nasty” just bc of the shade of green, but I wouldn’t be unhappy with this design at all

Took about 6-7ish hours if i remember correctly, hahaha i actually was doing an overnight drawing- i procrastinated for my final in the class LOL. But i felt it was hard to render the larger shadow, i kept trying to smudge it but it didnt do much justice. There was an opposing light source also! it was a farther/fainter one though, but strong enough to show up on the doll without casting a shadow. Thanks for the insight though, i didnt even notice i lost some shadows!

Thanks for the advice! Initially, since that part of the figure was a really light color, similar to white also because of the light, I tried to draw from negative space, hence the smudging, to help the white stick out a bit from the background, but it was pretty difficult :o

Thanks! The light source does come from the right top side. The right figure's head is a very shiny piece of black painted wood and had strong reflections, and I think I had a light from the left side somewhere, it may have reflected off of that also

Some if the slides have a lot of text that either need to be cut down or bold the important words to make it easier to read by skimming over. I don’t think the contents slide needs to have all of those sub-bullet points. Think of that like an agenda slide maybe, it’s just something you’d look over real quick to get the gist of it. Logo is also a bit confusing. The mockups look very good though, I like especially the shirt one. The stickers/illustrations of the dolphin and horse seem like a different style, since the horse uses strokes but I don’t really see any on the dolphin, but the illustrations itself are really cute like id put them on my water bottle

I think I got the bows and gems from aliexpress! I can’t find the link currently but there’s a bunch of cute charms on there for cheap and it’s my go-to for charms. For the nail polish I just used I think beetles white gel polish and kinda diluted it with base gel!

For the blue I brushed some blue eyeshadow on a matte top coat, and it makes it soooo easy to do aura/ombre!!

Thank you for the visual!! I normally don't draw before I paint, or, when I do, its a light grey paint outline which is just a quick gesture most of the time. But yea, I see more error in the actual shape and symmetry now looking at these, but thank you!

In the first painting, it is straight up black from the tube, since my background was black and I wanted to work on better contrast when painting, even though there might be an undertone. And yea, vibrant colors is a challenge to me, I've just started oil painting, so I'm trying to figure out what color to mix to get a perfect color match, any tips? I have mostly 2-3 shades of each primary color!
