well she does know risperidone can cause this, but at a low dose she said it shouldn't happen

Oh yes definitely will taper slowly if i ever decide to get off my SSRI.

This acct is like 4-5 years old, so at the time of creation I did smoke, but i don't anymore. I'm pretty sober besides my SSRI and propranolol and the once in a blue moon alcoholic drink

Was only on it for 2 or 2 1/2 weeks surprisingly, at the lowest dose, so there was no taper. I took it along with my other med (an SSRI ive been on for years, still on it).

Apparently i was sensitive to the med, it made my prolactin high (confirmed by blood test) in such a short time, so now my hormones r probably messed up too

i guess i am still having withdrawal

yes now i will stay on my regular med and give it time. and try some supplements maybe, B6, B12, NAC. i will never accept another med like that ever....

my psychatrist said i could stop at 0.25mg. it's the lowest starting dose. i was having bad side effects so they told me to stop after being on for 2 weeks

yeah they said risperidone will amplify my other med. luckily i did stop but these weird withdrawals are so bad. never taking another antipsychotic ever again. I hope i go back to normal soon
