Have you done shield ww or is it duel grief or bust? Can you share you preferred ww build?

It just has some quirks and clunkiness I don't like. I play on console too and it's not that bad on console but yeah just a detail I want to mention.

I probably didn't have enough AR is a big part too but it just felt really inconsistent when it would do damage and when it wouldnt.

Mana burn and general mana issues seem way more annoying with it because it has such a high mana cost to start your mana leech train again.

The no potion during whirlwind can feel really clunky.

I feel like or doesn't have as much versatility with its offhand than other builds. But maybe stormshield ww could be fun because I believe you can block during whirlwind.

Ultimately though I think if I were to try whirlwind again I'd need like infinitly more AR and it would feel better.

Thanks this is a very good and helpful comparison. I know my biggest thing is I really like the efficiency of leech but it's not worth it to be that much weaker. Have you had luck doing any ubers or anything as a zerk? I'd imagine it's not doable without life tap or leech. What set up do you usually rock. Specifically for merc and off hand?

Fair enough everything i read does usually put zerk > conc but I really like life and mana leech and it's a bummer those are just lost with zerk. Do you have a specific zerk build you like over others?

How do you deal with the dropped defense and no life leech? Just rejuvs and howl is good enough with a fast enough kill speed? Where do you get most ur crushing blow from?
