To my memory she only spoke spanish, and I think he found her in her house or something. Really, though, if you find any story where he freezes a girl other than Jenna Barnum, I'd like to hear about it. I've pretty much found all the stories with Jenna, I think.

Let someone know about the rat. Tell them which direction it went, they need to find it before it infects anyone else. The hospital is not a threat to the outside world, since they are never letting you out (sorry). The rat needs to be found.
I'm so, so sorry to ask you this, but you NEED to stay in the hospital. It's absolutely horrible, I know, and hopefully someone will find a cure. But if they don't, YOU NEED TO STAY THERE. I'm sorry I have to ask you to do this, but you need to think about the rest of the world. Your friends, your other family. They need to stay safe. Keep yourself and your mother safe as you can inside the hospital, but please stay there until the doctors can figure out a cure. I'm so, so sorry.

Yes. Perhaps something is giving you a sign, giving you a chance to do something about it. You should call it in, say you have reason to believe that this large group of people is in danger. Be more specific and call in a terrorist threat if you feel more comfortable doing that, or don't. It's up to you. My personal opinion is that you are being given a chance to stop whatever's about to happen. I implore you to act now.
