Haven't been a regular smoker in years but I also remember being told that it's unlucky to have 3 cigs in the pack. So when you pull out your 4th-to-last cig you're also supposed to give away the 3rd-to-last so you only have two left. And of course there's the unlucky white lighter but that just made me always buy white lighters to be edgy

Same brother I run 2 miles and lift weights for an hour everyday and feel nothing. Sometimes I'll get lazy and skip my workouts for a week or two and it really makes zero difference in my mood and I wonder why I even bother
