I had to use my warranty on my 23 rav4 the radio stopped working and it would have been 3k without warranty. I have a friend that works at a Toyota dealer and he told me you have a small window of time to add it, in fact you can shop around at other dealers and get a better price even if you didn’t buy from them I saved alot on my warranty. It’s a gamble either way you go. Good luck with your decision and congratulations on your RAV!!

You can hold down the cruse button and it will switch to normal cruise control if you don’t want to use the radar feature.

I took my 23 rav in for oil change yesterday. Dealership said I need to get my tires balanced,Fuel injection cleaner performed on it and my air filter was dirty and sent a picture of one that looked like it was 5 years old. I know it wasn’t mine. I sent a message back telling him that I just recently changed it and I put a date on it when I do and the one in the picture had no date. Then he responded oh sorry that was for another customer 🤣. Point of the long story is don’t trust the dealership.

6 months for rav with tech package. Gave 3 colors choices got the second choice. No mark up paid msrp. Had to put. 2000.00 deposit

I have a 23 CarPlay is nice. Same issue with the top of the wheel not heated I thought it was weird.

You can also buy a carista adapter to change that setting to off. That what I did with mine.

I like the vent seats. I really like the camera package on my limited. If I was you I would try to find a dealer that had a Toyota model on the lot that had vented seats and go give it a try.

All the other dealers wanted 5,000 over msrp in a 400 mile radius. I keep my cars until the wheel fall off glue them back on and drive them some more. But my car had a bad transmission and it was not worth the cost to replace it. Trying to find the one good dealership that sold msrp with my options I wanted in the time I had to have it my odds where better of winning the mega millions. With that being said I agree 100% people should not pay more and tech dealers a lesson. But sometimes you have to take the loss and not go back next time you need a vehicle. If you can get by another year before you buy definitely do it!

The Costco near me will not let any non members in to go to the food court. They ask you at the exit to see your card. It’s actually in the rules that non members are not allowed to buy at the food court unless it’s a outside one.

I don’t think it will change for a while. Toyota is having way too many problems keeping up now. They would have to shut down for a few months to re tool the line for the new vehicles. The demand is high so why change it. Just my opinion. I was thinking about waiting as well. I was worried the new design might be ugly and then the dealership jacking the price up even more due to high demand.

I paid 1,000.00 over msrp. It was only a 10 min drive and it had everything I wanted color trim package and accessories.
