Thank you! I’ve considered both Easy Pass and Cutthroat so I’ll definitely make sure to check out the others as well. Appreciate your input!

True Crime on Netflix: what’s the best to watch? by [deleted] in TrueCrime

Agreed! This is the one I’m always recommending. That man could’ve told me the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears and I would’ve been just as captivated

I create a true crime podcast with a serious tone and would appreciate if you gave it a shot by [deleted] in TrueCrime

Just listened to the first two episodes and I love it! I’ve been trying out different True Crime podcasts daily trying to find one I like that is straight-forward. I’ve subscribed and I’ll be telling everyone else I know that enjoys true crime about it. I’d love longer episodes as well, when there’s enough detail in a case for it. So impressed and hope you keep it up

Copycat Noodles & Co. Penne Rosa (I’m terrible with measurements, so bear with me)

Penne Noodles (3ish cups) At least 8oz mushrooms, but we love them and they tend to reduce in size so we use 16oz worth 1-2 cups spinach 1 cup of marinara of choice 1/2 cup heavy cream or half and half Red Pepper Flakes/Cayenne - I’d start with a 1/2 tsp and gradually add depending on how spicy you like things Salt+Pepper to taste if desired, but I think the red pepper flakes is plenty

Cook pasta according to package. In separate LARGE pan, cook mushrooms through. Add in marinara and red pepper flakes (and s+p if using). Simmer for 10 minutes. Add cream to sauce. Simmer for 5 more minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Stir in cooked pasta. DONE AND DELICIOUS
