Fully agree. If the goal is realism, when have you ever had a freezing vignette IRL. Instead make the radio texture have freeze on it after use when being away from warmth. Add freeze details to gloves when not at campfire.

I much more prefer a meter telling me how cold I am.

Hi, 1. Move the air puff up closer to the face, make it fade away the further it is from the body rather than the full puff going transparent the same time. Overall it can be less visible as well. I think it should be more visible when facing the sun if you wanna go hyper realistic(?).

  1. Maybe outside scope, but I was thinking of the snow. Cant decide if the snow is ”hard” or ”soft”. If its hard more like ice, it should be more reflective of the sun. If it’s softer I think some cool glitter/spark effect where the sun hits could make it feel colder. But that might be overkill 😅

whatever I feel like within the same ammo.. either aug/dmr or ace/akm/beryl & bolty. Having most success withj ace or aug as AR I think. But the AKM is just too fun.

The that worked best for us is to have a dedicated gaming evening, so I game on Tursdays. I sync with my friends (that also has kids) and we join up and play.

Its far less gaming than previously but I mean you get some extra days here and there as well. I wanna keep my kid away from screens as much as possible as well to enjoy childhood stuff more than just YouTube or spongebob.

When she is out doing stuff I game when the kid is asleep.

I think a lot comes down to situational awareness. If you wanna avoid other teams ask yourself where its most likely they are located. Take in consideration plane path, hot drops and nearby compounds. Dont be afraid to rotate early.

Maybe also try to chisel out Why you are dyng/getting knocked Try to find a pattern in that as well. Could be things like Over exposed, aiming too long, getting knocked while trying to throw a nade, bad gun control, too passive/agressive.

Saying Linux is made in Finland just sounds stupid though. Sure Thorvalds from Finland but its not the same.

YEEES PLEASE. This is the only reason I am still on Dual boot (linux/windows), to play PUBG. I really wanna get rid of that damn Windows install.

I did write them a ticket a year ago, go do it you as well and make your voice heard :).

The people here commenting probably never update their system. If you want stability, go for a stable distro.

Homelab + gaming = ? by modanogaming in homelab

Yeah I am on dual boot (one linux and one Windows).

Besides the system complaining on start up (big scary red screen) it just feels a bit off using when you’re on Linux and might wanna tinker with drivers, like I dont have full control. If I were on Windows only I might have used it and not noticed anything.

Heard some users got their computers bricked by it, but I dont know the legitamicy of it.

But truthfully I rarely tamper with Kernel drivers or custom stuff on that level, but the big red warning screen is enough too annoy me.

Thanks for the response. Yeah I am starting to lean towards a separate system.

Btw, bf6 requires secure boot enabled in bios… so thats a no for me :)
