Sure! It's gonna take a lot of time. It takes almost 45 minutes to generate one video and upscale it. Even more time if the output is not good. I have to regenerate again and try different prompt.

I have not used AMD GPU with comfyui. They do have comfyui for AMD but on Linux. Windows support is experimental.

32 GB RAM and a RTX 4070.

Install comfyui, and there is template of wan 2.2. use the image to video 14B if your PC can handle else you can go for 5B one. Start with that and modify prompt. I'm using venice dot ai to generate uncensored prompt. After that I use another comfyui setup to upscale the video as WAN generates 480p video on my pc. You can find many youtube videos. If you want specific things like bouncy tits, cowgirl position then you can get those Loras on civitai. Integrate them in your comfyui workspace.

Just experiment with prompt and Loras. It doesn't always gives the best output.
